Ingredients

  • 2 large egg whites

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust

  3. Bake the Cheesecake
    • Pour filling over prepared crust
    • Smooth top with a spatula
    • Bake for 35-40 minutes
    • Center should be slightly jiggly but not liquid
    • Turn off oven, crack door, and let sit for 1 hour

  4. Chill and Serve
    • Remove from oven
