Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 oz whole wheat angel hair pasta
  • 2 tbsp light butter
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Preparation Instructions

Pasta Preparation:

  1. Cook whole wheat angel hair pasta
  2. Drain and set aside
  3. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water
