Ingredients

  • 8 oz whole wheat rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp black olives, sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 tbsp fat-free Italian dressing
  • 1 oz reduced-fat feta cheese, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
