  • 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, well-drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch round cake pan and line with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, applesauce, and honey until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flours, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
