Skinny Poolside Dip
Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) block reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (low-sodium)
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or canned, drained)
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (optional)
Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine:
- Softened cream cheese
- Greek yogurt
- Ranch seasoning mix
- Mix until smooth and well blended
- Fold in:
- Corn kernels
- Red bell pepper
- Green onions
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Jalapeños (if using)
