Preparation Method
1. Preheat Your Oven
Set oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper.
2. Melt the Cheeses
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until fully melted and smooth.
3. Mix the Dough
Add almond flour, egg, garlic powder, oregano, and salt to the cheese mixture. Mix well until a sticky dough forms. You can use a spatula or your hands (greased or slightly wet) to help bring it together.
4. Shape the Crust
